Your Role We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team and lead the onboarding and continued education for our highest-tiered elite customers. You’ll use your advanced product knowledge to provide extra value to these organizations, ensuring the implementation of our products is a seamless and successful process.

You’ll be focused on our key professional customers across our North American hockey and volleyball markets in our College & Professional business unit, acting as a subject matter expert who will help to level up users via Hudl Academies. As an Implementation Consultant , you’ll: Be a strong communicator. You’ll constantly push for alignment between our Sales team and customers on both short- and long-term goals. Train customers.

You’ll take the initiative to understand a customer’s unique workflows and ensure they're set up for success with our products. Be the voice of the customer. You’ll deeply understand the needs of our elite customers, providing direct feedback to our product teams to help us exceed their expectations. Collaborate across disciplines. You’ll work closely with Support, Sales and Education to surface customer insights and execute our global training strategy.

Compensation The base salary range for this role is displayed below— starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range. We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
