About this role

What are we looking for? Four years of knowledge and experience in any of the following human resources functional areas: employee relations, staffing/recruitment, wage/classification, employee development, labor relations, employee benefits, and human resource information systems. Relevant education may be used as a substitute for experience. Must have the ability to supervise and/or lead employees in the accomplishment of work.

Knowledge of NAF human resources policies and procedures preferred. NOTE: This position may be designated as a non-critical sensitive position; therefore, must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Tier 3, Secret Clearance level background check.
