About this role

In order to qualify for the Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement/Executive Resources) position which falls under the 0201 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 10/30/2026: In order to qualify for the Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement/Executive Resources), AD-0201-C, you must demonstrate in your resume at least six (6) years of qualifying experience: providing comprehensive staffing and recruitment advisory and technical services, including interpreting and applying complex HR laws, executive orders, policies, and mandates; advising senior leadership and management officials on complex HR matters; coordinating rating and ranking panels; preparing vacancy announcements; conducting compensation analyses and developing salary recommendations; administering pay, processing personnel actions; and preparing recruitment, relocation, and retention incentive submissions.

Experience in executive resources supporting Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level/Scientific and Professional (SL/ST), and Senior Biomedical Product Assessment Service (SBRBPAS) personnel is preferred.
