HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION)

About this role

GS-11 Grade level Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing advisory on a wide range of recruitment, staffing, and placement services to include: strategic hiring methods, occupational design of the position, pay and compensation flexibilities, and/or qualification & eligibility requirements in accordance with human resources management concepts, laws, policies, practices, and analytical methods.

Additionally, assisting in the classification of general schedule and federal wage positions by applying a wide range of classification and position management regulations, precedents and procedures.
