HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

About this role

FOR THE GS-09 LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying the full range of HR concepts, principles, laws, regulations, and practices; Experience using a wide range of HR specialization concepts, practices, regulations, precedents, and procedures, special recruiting authorities and strategies; Experience providing comprehensive HR services to management and employees throughout organizations serviced; Experience interpreting and applying law, regulations policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a variety of HR functions; Experience with current HR database systems to query, retrieve, and analyze information to complete assignments.

FOR THE GS-07 LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying HR concepts, principles, laws, regulations, and practices. Experience assisting with providing advice to management on basic staffing requirements, resources and problems.

Experience assisting with providing guidance on Merit staffing principles and special programs. Experience with current HR database systems to query, retrieve, and analyze information to complete assignments.
