About this role

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV (or GS-11) band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Providing employee relations (ER) advisory services to management including matters such as conduct actions, and appeals.

AND Drafting formal correspondence on disciplinary and/or adverse action notices, performance-based problem notices, and/or processing appeals. AND Mediating, collecting factual data, and/or investigating claims related to ER. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
