HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LER)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying full range of labor and employee relations theories, principles, methods and techniques to a wide variety of difficult and complex assignments.

Experience with the Civil Service Reform Act and EEO affirmative action regulations. Experience in written and oral communications to prepare and present findings and recommendations relevant to difficult and controversial issues for the purpose of disseminating and presenting to third party cases.
