HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT)

About this role

Military Grades: Enlisted (E-8 and below), Warrant Officer (CW4 and below), Officer (O-2 and below) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: For all positions, 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Specialized experience is experience that prepared the applicant to perform the duties of the position. The applicant's educational-degree study program or military or civilian academic courses may substitute for some specialized experience.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09- Must possess at least one year of specialized experiences at the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provided a working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and federal civilian or military personnel programs GS-11- Must possess at least one year specialized experiences at the GS-09 level or the equivalent which provided a working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and federal civilian or military personnel programs.
