HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

About this role

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying basic federal personnel laws, principles, and regulations in areas such as employee relations, workforce development, performance management, or civilian travel processing; Providing routine customer service and advisory support to supervisors or employees; Utilizing HR information systems (e.g., DCPDS or DTS) to extract data, process routine actions, or monitor workflow status.

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector gathering documentation, reviewing personnel actions, forms, or requests for completeness; Performing basic data entry, records maintenance, and customer inquiries; Utilizing standardized guides, regulations, and operating instructions to accomplish structured administrative or HR tasks.
