About this role

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include all of the following: Researching, developing and implementing HR employment policies, initiatives, and procedures; Setting priorities, assigning tasks to and mentoring junior staff, and reviewing completed work for completeness and accuracy; Participating collaboratively with executives or other Federal agencies regarding complex technical and analytical business processes related to HR employment initiatives, policies, and practices; and Reviewing executive resources actions or programs to determine compliance with laws, regulations, and policies Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
