WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Reviewing, processing, or supporting personnel, payroll, compensation, or employee records actions, including identifying and resolving routine discrepancies or data issues; Applying human resources laws, regulations, policies, procedures, or guidance to research and address recurring HR matters; Providing human resources information, technical assistance, or customer service to employees, managers, or other customers.
OR Have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR Have a combination of experience and education as described above that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
