Specialized Experience: One year of experience in the Federal service which includes: 1) providing senior-level technical advice on military human resources programs involving complex personnel readiness, retention, mobilization, transition, and personnel management requirements; 2) interpreting and evaluating military human resources policies and regulations to resolve complex program issues and determine their impact on organizational operations; 3) analyzing enterprise-level military human resources programs to identify systemic issues, evaluate service requirements, and develop alternative solutions; and 4) developing military human resources policies and guidance to implement changing requirements and ensure consistent program administration across multiple organizational levels.
