Human Resources Intern
About this role
The internship offers hands-on experience in HR administration, employee support, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and insurance, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR documentation within a dynamic work environment Key Responsibilities: · Employee Support: Handle employee requests and provide HR-related information and support · Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new joiner and leaver processes, including communications, orientations, and system updates · Benefits & Insurance: Assist with employee insurance enrollment and maintain related records · Employee Relations: Track exit interviews and consolidate employee feedback · HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks, Prepare work certificates, warnings, and end-of-contract documentation · Employee Engagement: Coordinate birthday celebrations and maintain the HR events calendar · Training Coordination: Maintain the monthly training calendar and support training logistics · Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR services and benefits Requirements · Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, · Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Workday and POS systems is a plus. · Good organizational and communication skills. · Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian or French are an asset.
