About this role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources/personnel office or HR department that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Experience with NAF human resources procedures and understanding/execution of MCO policy preferred. Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and policies applicable to recruiting and staffing. Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions to implement appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacancies.
Proficiency in operating a personal computer and software programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey a wide variety of information to diverse audiences. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling and working with highly confidential personnel and compensation.
This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. Security Clearance Requirement: This position is designated Non-Critical Sensitive. The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret eligibility upon final adjudication of the Tier 3. Incumbent will be required to maintain Secret eligibility while in this position. An SF86 review will be conducted every 5 years or as required by higher authority.
