Qualifying Experience: To Qualify for the developmental position (NF-02 Target NF-03) the following experience must be reflected on your resume: Experience working in an office setting responsible for clerical work of any kind Experience following established rules, regulations, procedures, and program requirements of one or more areas of a personnel system Experience utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel) Experience providing customer service.
