Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position Specialized experience includes: Experience counseling applicants, employees, and/or managers on varying issues related to recruitment, compensation, position management and other situations related to human resource management. OR To qualify with education only a successful completion of a Ph.D.

or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Must be gained from an accredited college or university. To qualify based on education, you must submit a copy of your college transcripts. If selected, official transcripts will be required prior to employment.
