MILITARY GRADES: Officer: O1 - O3 Enlisted: E4 - E7 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Enlisted: 42A SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-07) level that provided knowledge and experience in human resources management principles, policies, regulations, and procedures. Specialized experience includes providing technical assistance and guidance on employee training and development requirements; processing and maintaining training documentation and evaluating training needs or program effectiveness; utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and automated personnel systems to maintain, analyze, reconcile, and report personnel data; and assisting with manpower and resource allocation activities, including reviewing organizational or manpower documents, compiling staffing statistics, monitoring full-time personnel requirements, and analyzing funding or resource changes affecting organizational structure.
