HR & Resourcing Manager

Recruitment Define, develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for UK operations Play a leading role in the Group-wide recruitment function, supporting senior and board-level appointments Develop cost-effective, in-house recruitment solutions, minimising reliance on agencies and consultants Source candidates through a range of channels, including referral schemes, social media and job fairs Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Liaise with directors and managers to shortlist and select candidates Arrange and conduct interviews alongside the relevant manager or director Manage visa applications and support international skilled staff with relocation Develop induction programmes for effective candidate onboarding HR Compliance & Employee Relations Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance Manage disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes Lead performance management and appraisal processes Provide proactive and reactive HR guidance and coaching to managers across the business Support employee relations activity, including liaison with recognised trade unions where applicable Promote best practice and ensure compliance with employment legislation General HR Provide cover for the HR Manager/Director during periods of absence Support employee wellbeing, engagement and internal communications initiatives Work closely with Payroll, Training, Occupational Health and other internal stakeholders Lead and contribute to HR projects that support business growth and continuous improvement Undertake occasional international travel to support HR operations at other company locations Produce and submit monthly Group HR KPI reports What We're looking for: Essential Proven experience in HR, including direct recruitment activity, ideally with some decision-making responsibility Strong experience recruiting for executive, senior managerial, technical and specialist positions Highly capable with recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting tools and social media for recruitment Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate selection skills Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Experience managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary and absence management Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems Desirable CIPD Level 5 (or willingness to study) Experience with UK Visa application system Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications What we offer: Competitive remuneration package including work-based pension Training support for CIPD qualification Continued training, professional development and opportunities for career progression The opportunity to shape and lead recruitment strategy across a global organisation The chance to work alongside, and learn from, industry-leading professionals committed to excellence HOW TO APPLY To apply, please submit your CV and a short covering letter outlining your interest in the role.
