About this role
The role of a HR People Partner ER and Change is key to the success of our growth plans as this will be supporting and implementing the People strategy. The role will require travel across our locations to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues. We are seeking a highly capable HR professional with the ambition and drive to succeed in a high growth business environment. The role of HR People Partner role has four main areas of responsibility: To lead people projects, initiatives and activity that contributes to the overall company performance including ER casework.
Drive colleague development and ensure the business is continuously improving People through effective people management and ensure that legislation is adhered to. Monitoring and influencing fairness and consistency in all activities connected with the management of all our colleagues. As Wavenet continues to acquire companies, you will support the TUPE Transfer process for new colleagues, supporting them to integrate into Wavenet teams.
The role holder needs to be different things to different people and key to your success is building strong internal relationships across the Group. We are seeking an ambitious and customer centric individual to join our team. It is desirable that you are CIPD qualified to level 5/7 standard and that you have at multiple years’ experience of working as a HR People Partner/ HR Manager. You will need to demonstrate a strong track-record of both employee relations case work, and the ability to deliver impactful HR projects.

Responsibilities (but not limited to): The extent of your duties will include but are not limited to: Be a trusted partner to the business, providing coaching and feedback to managers and colleagues.
Develop, organise and facilitate Human Resources best practices and programmes to meet the strategic business needs. Supporting managers on all aspects of the employment life cycle including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk and be able to manage ER caseload. Educate Management on policies and good practices across all aspects of people agenda guiding and influencing managers to ensure fairness and consistency in decision making.
