The role will report into the Chief People Officer, partnering closely to execute on the P&C strategy, managing initiatives and projects that drive impact and sharpen how the P&C leadership team operate, turning data, process, and AI into better outcomes for the business and our team members.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA CPO, supporting in the translation of strategy into a prioritized roadmap and driving it to completion.

Support in removing friction and building processes that drive efficiency enabling effectiveness across the cross-functional HR Leadership team. Bring AI into the way P&C works, identifying and deploying tools that automate manual effort, sharpen insight, and free the team to focus on higher impact / value work.
