About the Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Manager to support and drive our people operations in Malta. This role will take ownership of key local HR activities including payroll, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, immigration and HR compliance, while ensuring our people processes run accurately and efficiently. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with autonomy and taking ownership.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring strong knowledge of the Maltese HR landscape, identify improvements and proactively drive solutions, rather than waiting for direction. What You’ll Be Doing Own and coordinate the monthly Malta payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while partnering with external payroll providers. Manage payroll records, timesheets, benefits and related employee documentation.
Act as the key local HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, employment matters and general people-related queries. Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee changes and offboarding. Manage employee benefits administration and ensure employees have a positive experience throughout their employment. Support and manage work permits, right-to-work checks and immigration processes.
