Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding. Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc. Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications. Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives.
