HR Graduate Trainee

About this role

Prepare engaging employee communications, including the quarterly employee newsletter Carry out HR administration and record-keeping, including generating grant funding claims for training spend Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees Support employee relations activity, helping to promote a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace Analyse HR data and contribute to HR initiatives and business projects Keep up to date with employment legislation, HR trends and best practice Contribute fresh ideas and get involved in projects and initiatives that improve the employee experience and the wider business Build strong working relationships across the organisation while developing your HR knowledge and professional skills What we're looking for: Essential Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline Ambitious and motivated to build a career in Human Resources Strong analytical skills, with a natural ability to problem-solve and work with information A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds Proactive, enthusiastic, resilient and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Curious and open-minded, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and approaches Desirable Strong written and creative writing skills What we offer: Competitive remuneration package including work-based pension Training support for CIPD qualification Local and international training opportunities Career development opportunities within a growing international organisation To apply, please submit your CV and a short covering letter outlining your interest in the role.
