HR Business Partner (HRBP)
About this role
Main Responsibilities As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) , you will serve as the sole HR representative for the Cluj office, overseeing the day-to-day management of all local Human Resources activities. Your role will focus on two key areas: HR Generalist activities and Recruitment . HR Generalist Act as the primary HR point of contact for all employees and managers based in Cluj. Manage employee administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, contract amendments, departures, and other HR-related processes.
Support managers with day-to-day HR matters and ensure the consistent application of internal policies and procedures. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees. Maintain HR data and ensure the accuracy and quality of information within HR systems. Contribute to annual HR initiatives and participate in local and international HR projects. Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and company policies.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and overall employee experience. Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology positions based in Romania. Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles. Draft and publish job advertisements through various recruitment channels. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. Conduct HR interviews and coordinate all stages of the selection process.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Prepare and present employment offers, supporting candidates through to their onboarding. Track recruitment KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in both HR Generalist functions and recruitment. Strong understanding of Romanian labor law and employment practices.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Proficiency in French would be considered a strong asset. Good command of Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
