Full-Time Hotel Receptionist We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars! Shifts : You will be required to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays. What you’ll do : Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service Handle guest messages and room moves as needed What we’re looking for : A welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills A knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants and local attractions Previous receptionist or customer service experience A Discount Card to be used in Accor Hotels Worldwide 2 x Complimentary stays in UK hotels (Bonus Breaks Vouchers - subject to availability and T&C) Eyecare Vouchers Merlin Discount Training & Development Additional holidays with service And more: recommend a friend scheme; Employee Advisory Service Salary: £30,014 per annum Please Note - The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK Apply now and be part of our dynamic team!
