About this role

**Job Purpose** This role delivers hands\-on labour efficiency consultancy to S4labour’s hospitality customers as part of the Customer Success team. Working under the direction of the Head of Customer Success, the role supports the Customer Success team with their accounts, carries out Goldilocks site visits, analyses sales and labour data, contributes to customer reports and recommendations, and supports re\-implementations and training.

The role also helps build bespoke demonstration environm
