**Job Summary** Theronix Flow is an NHS discharge technology company. We are a technology company, not a care provider. Our platform will help hospitals get patients home as soon as they are medically fit, with home care lined up. To do that, we are building a network of CQC\-registered domiciliary care agencies across Surrey and Sussex ahead of our first NHS pilot.
