🔹 Your Responsibilities Hiring (especially poaching team members from other companies) Onboarding & offboarding team members Management of our LinkedIn and Glassdoor account 🎯 What We're Looking For ✔️Someone with excellent people skills ✔️ Experience as a Hiring Manager at a $10M+ annual revenue e-commerce company ✔️ Expert at finding amazing employees, including poaching top talent from other companies. ✔️ Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to details ✔️ Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
