Role Overview As Lead Psychologist, Autism & Developmental Diagnostics, you'll be the clinical and operational anchor for Frontera's telehealth diagnostic team. You'll ensure every autism and developmental evaluation meets a consistently high bar for quality, while helping your team find smarter, more efficient ways to work, because time saved without sacrificing quality means another child gets answers sooner. You'll carry a small evaluation caseload of your own, and spend the rest of your time developing your team, strengthening clinical standards, and partnering closely with Operations, Intake, and Product to build a diagnostic program that's both excellent and built to scale.
