Head of Strategic Accounts

About this role

About 9fin 9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors.

The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts, EMEA to lead the top tier of our commercial organisation — the largest, most complex accounts driving 9fin’s next phase of growth.

Strategics is our top segment: a targeted book of our largest ARR accounts across the global banks, top-tier law firms, multi-strategy hedge funds, asset managers, and private equity firms who set the standard for how credit intelligence is bought and used. You’ll build and lead a team of ~5–6 senior relationship managers in London, each owning a small portfolio of strategic accounts in a hybrid Account Management and Enterprise Sales role.

You’ll partner closely with our Head of Strategic Accounts, EMEA to run a globally coordinated segment and work with senior Customer Success partners at the account level. This is a builder role for a leader who has personally carried a large number, sold enterprise-scale deals into financial services, and knows how to raise the bar on rigour, presence, and multi-year deal execution. This role requires 3 days in our London office.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on: - Lead the EMEA Strategics team to consistent, forecastable delivery quarter over quarter across a book of $13M+ ARR accounts. - Coach and manage a team of ~5–6 Strategic Account Managers covering our most important banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and law firms in EMEA. - Drive multi-year deal execution, lock in early renewals, and structure enterprise agreements that grow durably over time.
