ABOUT THE ROLE Lead the sales go-to-market strategy and build a high-performing sales organization at a growing AI voice technology company. You will own sales performance, develop team leaders, and partner across the business to support the next phase of growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and expand the sales team, setting hiring standards and fostering a strong, high-performance culture. - Coach team members through deal shadowing, feedback, and pipeline reviews to improve deal progression and quota attainment.

- Create and execute go-to-market processes in partnership with Revenue Operations. - Lead and develop managers and team leads as the organization scales. - Partner with marketing, product, and customer operations on strategy and integrated go-to-market initiatives. - Support team members' career growth through ongoing mentorship and development. - Use AI tools and data-driven insights to inform sales strategy, forecasting, and cross-functional decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 7 years of sales leadership experience, including building teams, hiring, and scaling sales organizations. - Experience leading quota attainment, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure. - Strong coaching experience in consultative selling and complex deal structuring. - Background creating go-to-market strategies and collaborating across marketing, product, customer operations, and Revenue Operations.

- Experience managing stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally in B2C SaaS or enterprise software. - Experience leading teams through high growth and organizational change. - Comfort using AI tools and interest in AI, voice technology, or conversational AI products. - Fluent in English and German. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: €180,000 to €240,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
