Take a peek at Instagram @burgainsider ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Product Engineering to lead our Product Engineering, Testing & Innovation, and Packaging teams.
You will own the engineering journey from product concept to a validated, mass-production-ready solution, while building strong teams and setting clear technical standards, priorities, and ways of working. At BURGA, new products and challenges are always around the corner. You will have the opportunity to shape how we engineer and validate products, build our new testing laboratory, work directly with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and have a real impact on the products we bring to market.
GET READY TO: Lead and develop Product Engineering, Testing & Innovation, and Packaging teams, setting clear responsibilities, priorities, and ways of working; Own the engineering journey from concept to mass production, ensuring products meet technical, quality, and reliability requirements; Drive key technical decisions around product construction, materials, manufacturing technologies, validation, and risks; Build our new testing laboratory - select equipment and develop testing methods, protocols, and validation standards; Solve complex product and manufacturing challenges together with engineers and suppliers; Work directly with suppliers, including visiting manufacturing sites, reviewing technical solutions, and supporting product launches; Build and continuously improve engineering processes, technical specifications, SOPs, and development standards; Grow team capabilities and create an environment where engineers can make strong technical decisions independently.
