We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Socrates, leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with our mission to inspire critical thinking and promote inclusivity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management within leading social media companies. What Will You Do? Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Socrates' mission and goals. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

User-Centric Design: Advocate for the needs and experiences of our diverse user base, ensuring the product meets their needs and drives engagement. Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive user engagement and platform growth.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product improvements and measure the success of product initiatives. What Are We Looking For? Experience: Relevant product management experience, with a significant portion at leading companies.
