Head of Marketing, Europe

About this role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused marketing leader to shape and deliver our European marketing strategy. You’ll lead marketing across our Institutional and Wholesale businesses, covering Public and Private Markets and working closely with colleagues across Distribution, Investments and Marketing. This is an opportunity to build strong regional partnerships, develop a talented team and help clients navigate a changing investment landscape.

What you’ll be doing: Developing and delivering an integrated European marketing strategy Partnering with senior business leaders to align marketing activity with client and commercial priorities Leading multi-channel campaigns across Public and Private Markets Localising global campaigns, content and thought leadership for European audiences Building and developing high-performing marketing teams across Germany and Milan Using client insight, market intelligence and performance data to improve results Measuring marketing effectiveness and demonstrating contribution to commercial growth Maintaining strong governance, risk management and regulatory standards Who we’re looking for: Senior marketing leadership experience within asset or investment management Experience developing marketing strategies for Institutional and Wholesale audiences Strong knowledge of Public and Private Market investment solutions A record of leading teams across different countries or locations Excellent commercial judgement and senior stakeholder management skills Confidence using insight and performance data to guide priorities and investment Fluency in English and professional fluency in Italian or German Strong knowledge of the European asset management and regulatory landscape Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
