As the Head of Marketing, you will own the performance marketing strategy for the US market, driving profitable growth across the full customer journey by optimizing media mix allocation, revenue growth, and contribution margin while unlocking new scaling opportunities. You will lead a local high-performing marketing team, bring strategic clarity to a fast-moving environment, and partner with leadership to convert market insights into measurable growth.
This role goes beyond traditional paid acquisition, combining performance marketing with upper-funnel investment, strategic partnerships, and long-consideration customer journeys. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for the US market, driving optimal media mix allocation, revenue growth, and contribution margin across the entire customer journey.
- Lead and develop the local marketing team, including Content and Influencer Marketing, while working closely with global Affiliates, Email/CRM, and Google/Meta specialists. - Own a diversified media strategy spanning core performance channels such as Meta and Google, while identifying growth opportunities across Connected TV, upper-funnel media, strategic partnerships, and emerging channels. - Establish robust measurement and attribution practices across CAC, MER/ROAS, incrementality, LTV, conversion, and contribution margin to protect profitability while scaling.
- Optimize complex, high-consideration customer journeys with sales cycles of 2–3+ months, connecting acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and retention strategies. - Partner with Creative and Brand teams to build data-driven performance creative strategies, conducting full-funnel optimization across acquisition, conversion, and retention touchpoints. - Collaborate directly with the Country Manager and Global Leadership on forecasting, annual and quarterly planning, market growth initiatives, cross-channel budget allocation, and agency and technology partnerships.
