Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement for a B2B software company focused on user-led growth. You will own the funnel from campaign strategy through closed-won and build the automation and measurement systems that support the company's growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan and execute integrated campaigns for product launches, category events, and company announcements. - Build and optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, tracking results from first touch through closed-won.

- Run an industry awards program and activate community opportunities to support distribution and brand building. - Grow a micro-influencer program with practitioners, investors, and software operators. - Build automated workflows and integrations connecting HubSpot, product data, marketing channels, and AI tools. - Set up tracking and reporting systems, and document reusable workflows. - Develop product positioning, launch plans, customer stories, newsletter content, and website updates.

- Create sales enablement materials and work closely with leadership, marketing, partnerships, design, and sales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally B2B software, with ownership of a content, growth, or demand generation function. - A track record of demand generation or content programs that contributed measurable pipeline. - Strong technical fluency with marketing automation, data, analytics, and CMS tools such as Framer or Webflow.

- Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools, including workflow automation and related capabilities. - Experience in product-led growth, referral, or word-of-mouth contexts; SEO and GEO experience is valuable. - Excellent English writing, persuasive copywriting, design judgment, organization, and autonomy. - Ability to discuss technical product and tooling topics with engineering. LOCATION Remote, with required availability within three hours of the Central European Time zone.
