Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia. By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more.
Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift. WHY BOX NEEDS YOU You'll run growth marketing for EMEA, with two people in your team — a Senior Campaigns Manager and a Senior Digital Campaigns Specialist — who handle campaign delivery and channel activation day to day.
Your job is the layer above that. Setting the strategy, owning the budget and the number, and building the systems and processes that turn everything we do in EMEA into pipeline we can actually measure. You'll also be the bridge between the global marketing teams and what's really happening in our markets. It's a good fit if you like building things, enjoy developing a team, and are happy to roll your sleeves up when it's needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Setting EMEA growth strategy and owning the KPIs behind it, from awareness through to pipeline — and giving the team clear priorities to work to. Leading and developing two marketers: clear goals, regular check-ins, proper career conversations. Owning the EMEA digital media budget and forecast, signing off channel plans and keeping us honest on ROI across AEO/GEO, SEM, paid social, display, and more. Owning the growth infrastructure — working alongside MOPS, you’ll influence how leads get captured, enriched, routed, followed up and measured.
