ABOUT THE ROLE This is a zero-to-one growth role at an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered reimbursement automation for interventional specialties. You will own the full go-to-market motion for medical device OEMs, from defining the ideal customer profile to closing the first enterprise accounts, working directly with the founding team to shape revenue and product-market fit. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Source OEM leads and build relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
- Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform adds value. - Develop a clear ideal customer profile and build a repeatable sales playbook from scratch. - Own OEM accounts end-to-end, from first call through signed contract and ongoing expansion. - Attend key industry conferences and develop community partnerships to grow reach. - Research opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4 to 7 years of experience working in or closely with medical device companies. - Direct experience in reimbursement, market access, or health economics outcomes research. - Strong understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including how reimbursement risk affects commercial and procurement decisions. - Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
- Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D. - Comfortable actively incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow. - Based in the United States; New York City is ideal but candidates located elsewhere in the US are welcome to apply. - Willingness to travel to conferences and meet with partners in person as needed. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION Hybrid, with a primary base in New York City, New York, United States. Some travel to industry conferences is expected.
