Job Description ASG is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our GTM Team to design/ship Clay-centered GTM systems that directly move revenue, bookings, pipeline, and rep performance across our portfolio of Operating Companies (OpCos). This is a hands-on individual contributor role at the intersection of GTM, AI, and RevOps which will report to ASG’s VP RevOps.
You’re excited about this Opportunity because you will: Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows (enrichment, orchestration, waterfall logic, etc.) as the core outbound and signal infrastructure for our OpCos Own the deployment of the broader outbound stack, including tools like: data providers, dialers, intent (3rd, 2nd, and 1st party), and agents Partner directly with OpCo RevOps Leaders to scope and prioritize work in sprints, connected back to an intentional portfolio wide roadmap Prototype and bring to production AI/agentic workflows for GTM use cases operating in partnership with our ASG Engineering team Instrument reporting that ties every build back to the Bowtie Data Model to demonstrate impact of an OpCo engagement Document every build and contribute to a portfolio wide playbook/skills library so nothing is bespoke to one OpCo Participate in the ASG RevOps Community - a network of RevOps operators across our portfolio We’re excited about you because you will: Bring hands-on Clay expertise - tables, enrichment workflows, signals, audiences, and MCP connections Have fluency with Salesforce/HubSpot operations and are comfortable owning integration points, not just consuming data from them Be AI-forward by default, you actively evaluate and adopt new tools/models without waiting for external precedent Be an excellent cross-functional operator with a deep understanding of running multi-stakeholder initiatives (eg.
