GTM Enablement Manager, Field Training & Readiness - Atlanta
About this role
ROLE SUMMARY Temporal is rapidly scaling its field organization, and setting up every seller to succeed, from day one and well beyond, is critical to meeting and exceeding our most ambitious goals. As a GTM Enablement Manager, Field Training & Readiness, you’ll be the face of enablement in front of our sales teams. You’ll lead the live sessions where new hires and tenured sellers build the skills and confidence to have great customer conversations: bootcamp modules, workshops, role plays, and ongoing skills sessions.
You’ll work from a defined track and a curriculum built with the enablement team, and you’ll bring it to life with your stories, your energy, and your read of the room. If you’re energized by being in front of a room, believe training should be memorable and behavior-changing rather than a slide-reading exercise, and want to partner closely with the sales and BDR teams on the ground, this role is for you. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Deliver training that sticks.
Lead a regular cadence of live, interactive sessions for Account Executives and BDRs and other customer-facing roles, including new hire cohorts, skills workshops, and role plays. Your sessions are built around practice, not presentation. - Own your delivery track. Take ownership of a defined slate of programs and a delivery calendar. You’ll work from a curriculum built with the broader enablement team and make it your own through storytelling, real examples, and adapting on the fly.
You’ll also flag what’s working and what isn’t so the content keeps getting better. - Partner with the field. Stay close to the sales and BDR teams in Atlanta and beyond. Show up in team meetings, run role-play and call-practice reinforcement with managers, and bring what you hear (what’s resonating, where reps are stuck) back to the enablement team. - Bring in the experts. You won’t be the expert on everything, and you don’t need to be.
You’ll deliver the fundamentals with confidence and know when to pull in an AE, SA, or product expert to take a session deeper. - Close the loop. Gather feedback and simple leading indicators (participation, skill demonstration, manager input) after every session and use them to iterate. - Pitch in on the work behind the work. Scheduling, session prep, LMS updates, and content upkeep are shared across the team. You’ll own your share.
