Growth Strategist

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on growth role at a Series A B2B SaaS startup building messaging infrastructure for the AI era. You'll work directly with the Head of Product and Growth to find, convert, and retain the developers and businesses powering products on the platform. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants real ownership and a front-row seat to growth strategy at a fast-moving company. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan and execute events including customer dinners, conferences, and hackathons.

- Own gifting campaigns targeting customers and prospects. - Write and publish content including blog posts, case studies, and landing pages. - Support campaign execution across paid, email, and content channels. - Research target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities. - Coordinate campaigns with influencers and external partners. - Identify and propose new growth channels and strategies, then own execution once validated.

- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while keeping a sharp eye on detail. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field, ideally at a startup. - Demonstrated experience executing growth campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, content, events). - Experience building and launching landing pages. - Strong content writing and copywriting skills across marketing formats.

- Proven project management ability with multiple concurrent workstreams. - Experience with influencer coordination and partnership management. - Exceptional written communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly. - High agency and ownership mentality with a bias toward speed and quality. - Active engagement with social platforms and online communities, particularly X (Twitter). - Genuine curiosity about growth, markets, and emerging trends.

- Familiarity with AI, messaging infrastructure, or developer-focused products is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This is a hybrid role based primarily in Birmingham, Alabama. Candidates in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY will also be considered.
