Hook + Ladder is a fast-growing fractional marketing agency that helps multi-location restaurant brands, think QSRs with 100–500 locations, fast-casual concepts, and regional chains, grow revenue, drive foot traffic, and win local markets. We're looking for a Growth & Performance Specialist who's obsessed with results, loves working with data, and knows how to turn insight into action.

In this role, you'll lead paid advertising strategies and live account execution, while taking ownership of lifecycle email operations for multi-location businesses - the kinds of brands that need to grow both nationally and locally. You'll be the performance engine of your team, owning everything from campaign testing, trafficking, and budget management to GA4 analytics, email segmentation, and flow execution. If you love optimizing what's already working, constantly experimenting with what could work better, are eager to expand your email marketing skill set on the job, and partnering across teams to deliver real business impact - this role was built for you.
