And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission! 💡 YOUR MISSION: BUILD OUR GROWTH ENGINE As Growth Marketing Manager, you own voize's full-funnel demand engine, from the first touchpoint to Sales-ready pipeline.

Your mission is to build a repeatable, data-driven growth motion that turns brand awareness into qualified leads and converts them into revenue, connecting every campaign to business impact, and helping voize grow in a measurable way. 🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE - Own paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Meta): from strategy to execution, optimizing for pipeline quality and CAC - Build and run the growth experimentation roadmap: A/B tests on landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows - Manage and improve lead nurture programs in HubSpot: segmentation, scoring, lifecycle stages, re-engagement - Own campaign reporting and attribution partner with RevOps to ensure accurate pipeline tracking - Collaborate closely with Sales (SDRs, AEs) on lead quality, ICP alignment, and pipeline targets 🤝 YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Several years in demand gen, growth marketing, or full-funnel B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech - Hands-on experience with paid social, especially LinkedIn and Meta, from campaign setup to optimization - Strong HubSpot knowledge: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture programs, segmentation, and reporting - Strong analytical mindset: you are comfortable with data, attribution, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and making decisions from it - Experimentation-first thinking: you have run A/B tests, documented learnings, and iterated based on results - AI-native mindset: you actively look for opportunities to automate repetitive work, build workflows, and know to use Claude co-work / Claude code to move faster and smarter - Ability to partner closely with Sales on lead quality, ICP alignment, MQL criteria, and pipeline targets - Fluent German AND English (our core market is DACH, most content is German) 🌱 GROWING TOGETHER - WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VOIZE - Become a co-creator of our success with stock options - We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people - We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events at our Berlin office, we offer hybrid work for this role with dedicated remote working days across the EU & the UK - Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible, plus free language courses - You decide when you work best, that means flexible working hours and a good hybrid set-up.
