Growth Manager

About this role

Moving at the speed of culture We're focused on building the most viral apps on the internet. Apps that not only look and feel great, but also boldly define internet culture. Our Crossi campaign has done 100k+ downloads in 3 weeks and hit #1 on the UK App Store. Wrapped 2025 campaign did 60M views in 3 days and hit #1 on the US App Store. Do It Clock pulled 19M views in two weeks. And every active campaign operates at sub $1 CPM.

That's the bar. We need someone who wants to beat it. What you'll do • Run growth campaigns across our network of 220+ creators. • Find creators based on content amplifiers vs trend innovators. • Operate and manage creators focused on shipping content that converts. • Own growth for multiple apps at once, from launch to scale. You might be a fit if • You're chronically online and know why something blew up before the rest of the internet does.

• You've grown something real. An app, an account, a brand. • You care about numbers more than vibes, but you get the vibes too. • You move fast and are incredibly organized about how you do it. • You present yourself really well and communicate super clearly. Lastly, you understand culture and are extremely in tune with it. You're probably not a fit if • You need someone to tell you what to do next. • "Going viral" sounds like luck to you.

• You don't carry a sense of urgency in your work. How we work Small team. Big leverage. Fully remote and flexible hours. You'll work directly with the founders and see your impact in the campaign performances every week. To apply Skip the cover letter. Tell us about a piece of content, a campaign, or an account you've looked into, what you'd do differently now, and one app idea you think we should be building next. → reframes.co/careers/apply Originally posted on Himalayas
