ABOUT THE ROLE Join a B2B growth marketing services team helping businesses strengthen customer acquisition and grow revenue. You will own client relationships and guide growth strategy, working with specialists who support campaign and go-to-market execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 B2B clients, serving as their main point of contact. - Meet regularly with managing directors and senior decision-makers to review goals, performance, and growth opportunities.

- Develop and advise on client growth strategies, using data to identify opportunities and guide priorities. - Support client retention and account growth through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling. - Coordinate with go-to-market and performance marketing specialists to support the execution of client plans. - Monitor account performance and communicate progress and recommendations clearly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Approximately 2 to 5 years of B2B experience with direct ownership of client accounts.

- A track record supported by measurable results, such as account portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance. - Experience advising managing directors or other senior decision-makers directly. - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data. - Experience with B2B client retention, upselling, or cross-selling. - Native-level German; good English is an advantage. - Outbound, lead generation, B2B acquisition, consulting, agency, or startup experience is helpful.

Familiarity with performance marketing or CRM systems is also useful. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Fixed compensation is €50,000 to €70,000 annually, plus commission of 12.5% on MRR. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
