ABOUT THE ROLE Join a B2B growth and marketing services team as a Growth Consultant, helping business clients shape strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable growth. You will own a portfolio of around 30 accounts and serve as a trusted adviser to senior decision-makers, while specialist teams handle campaign execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, maintaining regular contact with managing directors and other decision-makers.

- Lead biweekly client meetings to discuss growth priorities, performance, and next steps. - Advise clients on growth strategy, customer acquisition, and opportunities to improve retention. - Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts. - Use account and campaign data to assess outcomes, communicate performance, and guide recommendations. - Coordinate with marketing and go-to-market specialists who deliver campaign execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Two to five years of B2B experience, including direct ownership of client accounts. - A track record supported by measurable results, such as portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance. - Experience advising managing directors or other senior business decision-makers. - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data. - Experience with retention, cross-selling, or upselling for B2B clients.

- Hands-on experience in outbound, lead generation, or B2B acquisition is beneficial. - Consulting, startup, agency, or founder support experience is useful, as is familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or CRM systems. - Native-level German is required; good English is beneficial. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual base salary of €50,000 to €70,000, plus 12.5% commission on monthly recurring revenue. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
