ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-impact, hands-on position sitting directly on the go-to-market team of a fast-moving fintech startup building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses. You will own outbound experiments, build AI-driven engagement motions, and drive qualified pipeline across multiple channels. The role matters because you will be a core part of the engine that brings the product to market across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Research prospects, craft personalized outreach, and iterate on outbound experiments based on measurable results. - Build AI-driven engagement motions using tooling to identify signals and automate personalization at scale. - Generate qualified meetings for the sales team through outbound, inbound, and network channels. - Plan and run demand generation events and activities across Europe to build brand awareness and pipeline.

- Flex across sales support, operations, and partnership development as business needs evolve. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, sales, or a related go-to-market role executing outbound campaigns, managing pipeline, or driving customer acquisition. - Demonstrated track record of designing, executing, and iterating on outbound prospecting or growth experiments with clear success metrics. - Proficiency with growth and sales tooling, including CRM, email automation, prospecting platforms, and AI-driven outreach tools.

- Experience generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, inbound marketing, or network-based sourcing. - Experience coordinating demand generation events, webinars, or similar pipeline-driving activities. - Ability to work comfortably across cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in an ambiguous environment. - Available to work in an EU-compatible timezone. - Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a plus.

- Experience coordinating events across multiple geographies is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. LOCATION This role is based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not available.
