As one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women. The Opportunity As our Growth Analyst, you'll own the measurement and analytics that help Allara acquire more patients efficiently. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll make our metrics trustworthy, explain what's driving performance, and turn insights into decisions across marketing channels, creative, landing pages, and onboarding.
Your work will support our mission of providing comprehensive care for women with PCOS and hormonal imbalances. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of growth analytics and marketing measurement, ensuring reliable data across our analytics and advertising platforms in partnership with Engineering. Location: Hybrid (NYC). We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.
Your Impact - Own growth measurement across Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and OursPrivacy, including event definitions, tracking plans, documentation, and ongoing QA. Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly mapped events and drive fixes with Engineering. - Own and improve marketing attribution, including UTM standards, channel definitions, attribution windows, and acquisition-source persistence through onboarding and patient conversion.
- Reconcile advertising platform, Amplitude, and internal performance data. Explain discrepancies, monitor data quality, and establish consistent reporting definitions. - Analyze paid social, paid search, influencer, organic, and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities to improve acquisition cost, conversion, and downstream patient outcomes. - Assist in building creative tagging and reporting frameworks to evaluate concepts, hooks, formats, messaging, and creators.
