About this role
Are you graduating next summer and considering a career in management consulting? We're looking for creative and sharp people to join our Gothenburg team in the autumn of 2027. What you'll do As a management consultant at our Gothenburg office, you'll have the opportunity to work across various areas of our business. You'll join a vibrant office that's home to many experienced colleagues working in areas such as Energy and Climate, operations strategy, and Business Performance.
If you want to deepen your knowledge and expertise, and have a genuine desire to help organisations change, we could be the perfect place for you. Your role will be diverse, but will focus broadly on: Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems Developing and driving strategy processes at the corporate, business unit, and functional levels Tackling complex problems and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses Designing, envisioning, and testing innovative solutions, and communicating results and recommendations convincingly and in a highly structured manner Facilitating change processes, interactions, and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets, and include everything from manufacturing, retail, and service companies to government organisations and municipalities.
What you'll bring We're looking for people who are set to graduate in the summer of 2027, with a Master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business and economics, strategic management, or finance, and with excellent academic results to show for it. On top of that, the right candidates: Have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in AI, with the curiosity and ability to leverage emerging technologies to solve complex problems and create value for clients.
Have the ability to maintain a holistic view while being nerdy about a specific topic Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (a Nordic language is considered a plus but not required) Enjoy working with people and have the ability and desire to facilitate dialogue and train others Appreciate a flat organisation where teamwork and results beat hierarchy Since everyone at Implement is here to learn, we'd appreciate it if you thrive on autonomy and bring your own point of view.
