Graduate Product Manager - Supply Chain
About this role
Always wanted to build the systems behind one of Europe's most advanced supply chains? As part of this Graduate Program, you'll own part of Picnic's supply chain tech products from day one. You'll be end-to-end responsible for developing products that power our operations by understanding operational challenges, analyzing data, working with business teams, designing solutions with engineers, and validating impact through experiments and analytics.
You're the one making it happen. The program at Picnic is one of the most ambitious tracks in the industry: from recent graduate to Product Manager. Wondering what problems you’ll work on? Think optimising how items are picked in our automated fulfilment center, decreasing waste by optimal ordering, designing a flow how we make sure coolpacks for chilled deliveries get back to the fulfilment center or integrating with robots to automate our operations even more.
What you'll be doing Over 18 months you'll learn everything it takes to build a great product by actually doing it. You'll work alongside experienced product managers in our team. You will spend your program embedded deeply in one supply chain domain to see the long-term impact of your products, with options to expand scope into adjacent domains as you scale after 18 months. Every 3 months, you will reflect on your growth and define new learning goals with your mentor to grow you into the Product Manager role as fast as possible.
0-6 months You learn how to solve operational and internal user problems. From day one, you’ll help build features used by thousands of users, while getting to know our product end to end. To understand what to build, you’ll analyze operational processes through data analysis and interviews. Based on your learnings you’ll help shape new features. 6-12 months You build your first features from scratch. This is the first time you'll own the full product development lifecycle.
With the help of an experienced Product Manager, you’ll scope a supply chain problem, shape the solution across design, engineering, data, and business. You’ll drive execution on your plan, ship to customers & see the direct impact of your work. 12+ months You own a product scope end to end. You decide what problems to solve and own the solutions: the research, the analyses, the designs, the stakeholders, the tech. You are in the lead and responsible for the outcome.
